Privacy

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and the site itself sets no cookies. Fonts and site images are served from this site. The only third-party content is embedded YouTube video (see below).

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s own privacy policy for details.

Email

If you email us, for example to join the TX Shop waitlist, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and, for the waitlist, to tell you once when the shop opens. We do not sell or share them. Ask us to delete them at any time at partnerships@superledgermedia.com.

Embedded YouTube videos

The Media page and the home page show TX Concepts videos from YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address and browser details like any web request. On the home page and in the “Latest videos” grid, the YouTube player only loads when you click a video. The playlist player on the Media page loads when you scroll to it.

When you play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies or use similar storage on your device and collect viewing data under Google’s privacy policy. If you prefer, open the video on youtube.com instead (Ctrl/Cmd-click a thumbnail).

Links to other sites

Links to X, YouTube, the App Store, Google Play, tx.org, the tx app and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
